Our school is proud to support a range of local and national charities and causes. Everyone at Hill View Junior Academy understands the importance of supporting and helping others with each class choosing their own national or local charity to support alongside whole school events throughout the year. Supporting charities raises awareness of key issues and teaches our children about the importance of gratitude. This reflects our school GROW curriculum not only teaching gratitude but also by providing children with a wide range of opportunities in relation to learning about and supporting a given cause.
The charities we support may vary year to year, so please check out our newsletters, calendar and Facebook page to see the latest events and updates from school about our charity work.
